Rainbow Popsicles
Ingredients:
For the orange layer:
- 150g fresh chopped papaya*
- 40g melted coconut cream
- 10-15g xylitol
- 1/4tsp Rawnice Pink Pitaya Powder
For the yellow layer:
- 150g fresh chopped mango
- 40g melted coconut cream
- 10-15g xylitol
- 1/4tsp Rawnice Dunaliella Salina Powder
For the turquoise layer:
- 150g fresh chopped pineapple
- 40g melted coconut cream
- 10-15g xylitol
- 1/4tsp Rawnice Blue Spirulina Powder
*if you don’t like papaya, you can simply replace it with mango.
Directions:
- Place all xylitol into mixing bowl and grind.
- Divide the Xylitol into 3 equal shares.
Orange layer:
- Place one part of xylitol into a mixing bowl, add papaya and blend until smooth.
- Add cream, Pink Pitaya Powder and blend about 40 seconds.
Yellow and Turquoise layers:
- Repeat the orange process with two more layers for yellow and turquoise, but switch up the papaya for mango and pineapple in each batch.
Time to make the popsicles
- Pour each batch of colored liquid into a Popsicle Mold, one layer at a time.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.

what is the use of xylitol here in this recipe? and could it be replaced with anything else?
