We ship to ALL countries in the world (except those on the no shipping zone) and have

Do you offer free shipping?
Yup! We offer free shipping for orders 80USD/CAD, 800SEK, and 80EUR. To know if your

I made a mistake in my order, can I still cancel it?
Send our CS team a quick email so we can fix this for you before this gets shipped out!
 
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
Shipping can be as long as 20 days if you order from a country far from Sweden, but this is
now doubled due to the delivery delays brought about by the pandemic.
 
Where can I track my order?
All shipments are fully trackable and delivered directly to your door via your local postal
network. But if you have a tracking number, or your order number, you can track your order

I placed an order on your website a few weeks back, but haven't heard from you. Can you
tell me what's up with my order?
Make sure to check your Spam/Junk mail for our mail because there are times when inboxes
get naughty and categorize our messages under those folders. If you still can't find it, send
us a message at customerservice@rawnice.com and let our CS team know. We'll do the rest
for you!
 
What are your returns policy?
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
 
  • The address for the order was correctly entered, but your package has not arrived within 6 weeks of the shipment being sent from the warehouse.
  • Your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (but correct address was entered).
  • Your product is damaged or faulty.
  • You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our warehouse (minus shipping)
If you wish to return your product please send us an email at customerservice@rawnice.com, and we will help you sort out the shipping.

way we can discuss this?
