Update 13/4 2020:

COVID-19: Extended delivery times

Due to the ongoing pandemic our freight providers are experiencing delays in the regular processing, as staffing is limited.

Because of these delays we are now extending our expected delivery times to double to what is mentioned on our shipping policy, product pages and shipping options.
This also applies to our refund policy.

We still promise to deliver all orders shipped, or refund fully. We just cant promise it in the regular time.
We hope you understand our situation and still want to support our mission and colorful vision of health and fun!

We ship all orders

We ship all orders placed, worldwide. As usual.
Our warehouse packs and ships orders the same day if placed before 12.00 pm (Central European Time).
We are allowing pre-orders on out of stock items that will fulfill as soon as they are restocked.
With respect of communities and for your safety Rawnice ships all orders with home delivery to the given address.

Some restrictions might apply locally for delivering the products. Please check your local freight forwarder / postal network for information on their activity in your area.
