Creamy Purple Ice Cream
Time required: 1 hour +
5 frozen bananas
½ cup of coconut cream
½ tsp of vanilla powder
- ½ tsp of Rawnice Black Goji Powder
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend all until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into container and set in the freezer for a few hours.
- Serve with your favorite toppings, like fruits, nuts and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
